Clients

Client records hold all the information about the companies you place candidates with. Each account links to its contacts, job orders, and placement history.

Viewing Clients

Click Clients in the top nav.

The list shows all client accounts with status (Active, Pending, Inactive) and owner.

Click any row to open the Account Detail Panel.
Account Detail Panel
SectionWhat it contains
OverviewCompany name, industry, status, owner (Brittany or Joey), primary contact name and email.
Job OrdersAll open and closed jobs linked to this account. Click any job to open its detail panel.
PlacementsEvery candidate placed with this client, with fee and start date.
NotesBD call notes, contract details, terms, anything account-specific.

Rule: Never attribute placements or BD activity to the wrong owner. Account ownership determines reporting and commission tracking.
Adding a New Client

Click the + New Client button at the top right of the Clients list.

Fill in company name, industry, status, owner, and primary contact details.

Click Save. The account is now available to link to job orders.
