Admin Settings

Admin features are available to users with the Admin role. Standard users see the CRM but cannot access user management or system settings.

User Management

Add a new userAdmin → Users → + Add User. Enter email, name, role (Admin or User), and set a temporary password.
Reset a passwordAdmin → Users → click the user row → Reset Password. The change takes effect on next login.
Deactivate a userAdmin → Users → click the user row → toggle Active to off. Their data is preserved; they cannot log in.
Zoho Sync

Job orders sync automatically from Zoho Recruit every time you open or refresh the Jobs tab. You can also trigger a full backfill manually:

Go to Jobs in the top nav.

Click Sync Zoho in the top right.

The sync pulls job title, client, status, and full job description for all open roles.
19 of 24 open jobs have descriptions in Zoho. Jobs with no description show a "No description in Zoho" placeholder.
CRM-ATS Bridge

When you create or update a job order in the CRM it automatically pushes to the ATS via the bridge sync. The sync log is visible at Admin → Sync Log. Each entry shows the entity, direction (CRM to ATS), status, and timestamp.

Admin access only: Do not share admin credentials. If a team member needs a password reset, an admin must do it through the UI. Never edit the database directly.
