ATS
Zoho Sync
The ATS syncs with Zoho Recruit automatically every 15 minutes. This keeps job orders, candidate stages, and contact data in alignment across both platforms.
What Syncs

Manual Sync Trigger

Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho Recruit.

Click Sync Now. The sync pulls the latest data from Zoho immediately.

A timestamp shows when the last sync completed and how many records were updated.
Sync Log
The sync log shows the last 100 sync events. Each entry includes entity type, direction, status (success / error), and a detail message. Access it at Settings → Integrations → Sync Log or from the CRM at Admin → Sync Log.
Rate limit note: Zoho's API has rate limits. If you trigger many manual syncs in quick succession you may see a brief delay. The 15-minute auto sync is designed to stay well within Zoho's limits.
If a sync fails: Check the Sync Log for the error detail. Common causes are an expired Zoho OAuth token (re-authorize in Settings) or a Zoho field mapping mismatch (contact admin).
