- Quick search: name or email
- Advanced: specialty, state, tags, availability
- Pages of 25; use pagination controls or increase the per-page count
Job Posting Rules
- Salary: "approximately $X-$Y annually ($X.XX/hr)"
- Bullets: 10-15 words max
- Max 5 tags per posting
- Never include client name
- Always include EOE statement
Bulk Actions
- Search → Select All → Bulk Action dropdown
- Options: Add Tag, Remove Tag, Change Availability, Export CSV
- Runs in background for large sets
Zoho Sync
- Auto: every 15 minutes
- Manual: Settings → Integrations → Sync Now
- Check Sync Log if something looks stale
