Candidates
Searching the Database

Click Candidates in the nav.

Use the Quick Search bar for name or email. Use Advanced Search for specialty, state, availability, or tag filters.

Results load in pages of 25. Use the pagination controls at the bottom or increase the per-page count.
Candidate Record Fields
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Specialty | Clinical discipline or job function (e.g., LNC, Case Manager, RCM Analyst). Used for targeted outreach campaigns. |
| Tags | Custom labels for quick grouping (e.g., "hot", "do not contact", "passive"). Keep to meaningful, reusable tags. |
| Source | Where the candidate came from: Indeed, LinkedIn, referral, inbound, etc. |
| Availability | Active, Passive, Not Looking. Update after every meaningful conversation. |
| Resume | Upload PDF or DOCX. Stored on the record. Latest upload replaces the previous one. |
Bulk Actions

Run a search or filter to get the target candidate set.

Check the Select All checkbox at the top of the list, or check individual rows.

Use the Bulk Action dropdown: Add Tag, Remove Tag, Change Availability, Export CSV.
Bulk actions run in the background for large sets. You will see a progress indicator and a confirmation toast when done.
Adding a New Candidate

Click + New Candidate at the top right.

Fill in name, email, phone, specialty, and location at minimum.

Optionally upload a resume PDF.

Click Save. The record is now searchable and available in the CRM contacts sync.
