Get Started with the ATS
1. Log In

Go to ats.talentlnx.com.

Enter your @talentlnx.com credentials.

You land on the Dashboard which shows candidate counts, recent activity, and quick search.
2. The Candidate Database
The ATS houses 56,000+ candidate records built from years of sourcing activity. Each record includes:
- Full name, email, phone
- Specialty / discipline (nurse, case manager, LNC, RCM, etc.)
- Location (city, state)
- Tags and source
- Linked resume (when uploaded)
- Notes and call log history
3. Quick Search

Use the search bar at the top to find candidates by name, email, or specialty.

Use the Advanced Search filters for specialty, state, availability, and tags.

Results are paginated. Click a candidate row to view the full record.

The CRM and ATS are bridged. Job orders created in the CRM push to the ATS automatically, and candidate records are shared across both systems.
